Eric Many Withdraws Case Against Runtown

Eric Many Entertainment has withdrawn its suit against its former signed artiste Runtown.

Runtown, whose real name is Douglas Jack Agu, signed for the label owned by Prince
Okwudili Umenyiora, aka Dilly, in 2014 after his hit single ‘Gallardo’.

However, Runtown had in March 2018 been slammed with a court case by the label for “deliberately breaching his contract”.

In the suit filed before a Lagos court, the label said Runtown had been performing at shows , having collaborations and even recorded an album without their consent .

Eric Many further claimed that they have not been given their royalties and are asking him to pay the sum of N 114 , 456 , 670 which they claim was invested in the musician .

However, the label has now withdrawn the case
